Muscle and joint pain product advice
There are a variety of treatments available to help ease customers’ pain when related to a strain or sprain. Oral analgesics, such as paracetamol; topical products, such as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs); and heat therapy are all available OTC to help manage pain.
...introducing the Motusol range
Motusol is a new anti-inflammatory gel range that provides targeted effective pain relief for strains and sprains.1 They are the first alternative NSAID gel formulations to contain the powerful anti-inlammatory ingredient diclofenac.
Motusol and Motusol Max are NSAIDs, containing the active ingredient diclofenac. Diclofenac works by blocking the production of the enzymes COX1 and COX2, which are responsible for the production of prostaglandins. Blocking the enzymes reduces the pain and inflammation felt within joints and muscles.2
The triple effect formula targets the pain at the source, reduces inflammation and helps to restore movement, to help take control back. The easy to open cap is ideal for those suffering from hand sprains/strains.
