James comes into the pharmacy with his wife Emily. He looks a bit weary, so while they’re paying for their purchases, you ask if he’s feeling alright. He explains that generally he feels fine, but he has been really tired lately and is struggling to get through the day – he even fell asleep at his desk yesterday.
