The key to encouraging your older customers to live a long and healthy life is to be proactive. A key part of the WE100™ initiative is the organisation of various park walks around London. Check to see if you have one near you. If not, research activities that are happening in your area by accessing your local council website, and make sure you inform customers about these activities in any conversations you have with them.
