Health Diagnostics has introduced a toolkit to help pharmacies deliver health checks. The kit contains:
• The new Mission cholesterol analyser (complete with a 12-month warranty)
• A starter pack of consumables (TC/HDL/triglycerides) – 25-pack
• A starter pack of pipettes and lancets – 25-pack
• A three-month trial of Health Options software
• A marketing pack complete with user guides and personal client reports. The kit is available until the end of January for £249 + VAT. Pharmacies should quote ‘PACKAGE19’ when placing an order.

Omron

The Omron M3 Comfort blood pressure monitor enables a fast and accurate blood pressure measurement and features Intelli Wrap Cuff technology. Incorrect cuff usage is considered to be a significant cause of inaccurate blood pressure measurements, but the Intelli Wrap Cuff has an accurate measurement zone that wraps 360° around the upper arm, the company says, making it virtually impossible to place the cuff  incorrectly.
