Victoria Steele, who became LloydsPharmacy's first female superintendent pharmacist three years ago, has been appointed to a new senior role at Hallo Healthcare Group.
Steele (pictured) has taken up the reins as clinical director and chief pharmacist of LloydsPharmacy Healthcare Services which serves NHS hospitals, prisons, community health trusts and the private sector. Hallo Healthcare Group recently sold all of its high street LloydsPharmacy branches in the UK.
Steele said she was “delighted to be leading the clinical direction” of LloydsPharmacy Healthcare Services “at this critical time” and pledged to help it “reach its full potential by achieving the highest standards of service and patient care.”
“It’s an exciting step in my career and I am looking forward to the opportunity to focus on this smaller, but hugely important part of the pharmacy sector,” she said.
“It will allow me to spend more time with our teams, NHS customers and chief pharmacists to develop strong and stable, long-term partnerships.”
