Boots UK chief financial officer Michael Snape has resigned after five years in the position, it has been announced.
The CFO role at the UK’s biggest community pharmacy multiple is to be filled by Sam Hunter, who currently works for the company as a finance executive.
Companies House records show that Mr Snape resigned as a director of Boots UK and affiliated companies on May 22 this year. It is unclear whether he has left for another company.
A company spokesperson said: “After almost five successful years at Boots, Michael Snape, chief financial officer, Boots & No7 Beauty Company, has decided to leave the business.
“During his time at Boots, Michael played a key role in successfully transforming Boots and we wish him all the best for the future and in his next role.”
