An independent pharmacy chain has completed the acquisition of two pharmacies to take its portfolio to 26.
Medipharmacy Group bought Swan Pharmacy in Croydon and Nories Pharmacy in Horsham for an undisclosed fee. Medipharmacy director Sandeep Khosla announced the deal on Linkedin.
Last year, the Group, which operates in London, Kent, Surrey and West Sussex, secured an £8.3m funding package from Santander UK to help it buy a purpose-built warehouse to allow it to expand its wholesale operations.
