An independent pharmacist has acquired a pharmacy in West London from a multiple operator.

Mariam Moshref, who runs Fulham Pharmacy, and her twin brothers, Arya and Jaan Moshref, bought Hammersmith Pharmacy from Ravi Patel from RP Healthcare Limited for an undisclosed price.

Christie and Co, who handled the sale, said RP Healthcare Limited brought the pharmacy to market “as part of a strategic divestment from the area.” Christie and Co also said it dispenses an average of 5,920 items a month and “boasts a modern fit-out thanks to its full refurbishment in 2018.”

Mark Page, director – pharmacy at Christie and Co (pictured with the new owners), said the pharmacy’s sale “demonstrates the independent market for quality, profitable pharmacies remains as robust as ever.”

Patel said: “I’m delighted that this fantastic pharmacy has gone to an experienced local operator who understands the nuances of Hammersmith and Fulham and can maximise its potential. I wish Mariam and her brothers all the very best.”
